What is Moo Who?
Moo Who? is a multiplayer voice-mimicry party game by SAT Productions, released on Steam on August 21, 2026 for $6.99 after racking up 150,000 wishlists in its final pre-launch month. Animal players hide inside a herd of AI animals and imitate animal sounds into their real microphone; hunters watch, listen and shoot the fakes. It launched with 17 achievements, patched in a free-roam spectator camera on day one, and added a full scoring system five days later. Start with how to play, get your microphone set up, then pick a side: the animal guide or the hunter guide.

Get Started in 5 Steps
- Set up your microphone. Voice is the core input — the mic guide covers Windows permissions, device selection and push-to-talk.
- Learn the loop. Two sides, one pasture: how to play explains roles, the Fly Bar and the match flow in five minutes.
- Start as an animal, mid-herd. Copy the AI animals' drift, keep quiet, and moo only when the herd does — the animal guide has the survival habits.
- Spectate after you die. The free-roam camera added in V1.1044 is the fastest teacher — watch winners, not your killer.
- Switch to hunting early. Reading animals from the other side is the best training there is; the hunter guide covers tells and shot discipline.

FAQ
What is Moo Who?
Moo Who? is a multiplayer voice-mimicry party game by SAT Productions, released on Steam on August 21, 2026. Animal players hide among AI-controlled animals and imitate animal sounds into their microphone, while hunters try to figure out which animals are actually human players.
Is it Moo Who or Moo Hoo?
The game is called Moo Who? — with a W and a question mark. "Moo hoo" and "moo whoo" are common misspellings that show up in search, but the Steam listing and the developer both spell it Moo Who?.
Is this the same Moo Who? as the children's book?
No. Moo Who? is also the title of a 2004 children's picture book by Margie Palatini about a cow who forgets how to moo. This site covers the 2026 Steam party game by SAT Productions — same name, completely unrelated.
How This Site Is Run
Moo Who? Guide is an independent, unofficial fan resource for Moo Who? players — not affiliated with SAT Productions.
- How we verify: Every number on this site is checked against the Steam store page, official SAT Productions announcements and the public Steam achievements API before publishing. Community-sourced strategy is labeled as such and never presented as official data.
- Update cadence: Moo Who? shipped a scoring-system update within its first week — we re-check every affected page within 48 hours of each official announcement.
- What we don't do: No invented player counts, no fake codes for a game that has none, and no copying from other guide sites. When a number is not published anywhere, the page says "not published" instead of guessing.
